These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Pawn Gorillas website, membership program, and member-only tools (including the KPI portal).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, submitting an application, purchasing a membership, or using any member-only resources, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or services.

2. Membership & Eligibility

• Membership is intended for pawn industry operators and related professionals.

• We may request information to confirm business identity and program fit.

• We may approve, decline, or revoke access at our discretion (see Termination).

3. Billing, Pricing, and Renewals

Membership fees are charged as a recurring monthly subscription via Stripe (or another payment processor). Your subscription renews automatically unless canceled.

• Founders pricing: $500/month for 1 location (limited availability, while spots last).

• Regular pricing: $1,000/month for 1 location (after founders group is filled/ended).

• Additional locations: $250/month each (for separate KPI tracking per location).

Note: Pricing and availability may change over time. Your current subscription price remains in effect unless you cancel, fail payment, or change plans, where allowed.

3.1 Failed Payments

If payment fails, we may retry the payment method on file. If payment is not resolved, we may pause or disable access to member resources, including the KPI portal.

3.2 Cancellations

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals. Access may continue until the end of your current billing period, unless otherwise stated at checkout or required for compliance.

4. Gorilla Den / KPI Portal (Members Only)

The Gorilla Den is a members-only area that includes KPI submission, dashboards, and member resources. The KPI portal is hosted at:

• Access requires an active, paid membership in good standing.

• Login credentials are tied to the member’s email address.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login and for all activity under your account.

4.1 KPI Data Submission

KPI submissions are provided by members and are used for tracking trends, comparisons, and internal reporting. You confirm that you have the rights to submit this data and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

5. Member Conduct

Pawn Gorillas is built on trust, accountability, and community. You agree not to:

• Share member-only materials or portal access with non-members.

• Harass, discriminate, threaten, or otherwise act in a harmful manner.

• Post or transmit unlawful, deceptive, or infringing content.

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the site or KPI portal.

6. Intellectual Property

All site content, templates, resources, training materials, call recordings, dashboards, and branding are owned by Pawn Gorillas (or its licensors) and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use resources for their internal business purposes. You may not resell, distribute, or publicly publish member materials without written permission.

7. Confidentiality

Mastermind discussions may include sensitive business information. You agree to keep member discussions and shared strategies confidential, and not disclose another member’s non-public information without permission.

8. Disclaimers

Pawn Gorillas provides educational content, tools, and community support. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, revenue, profit, or business performance. Your results depend on many factors outside our control.

Nothing on this site is legal, financial, tax, or accounting advice. Consult qualified professionals for your situation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pawn Gorillas will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business opportunity arising from your use of the site or services.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the services will not exceed the amount you paid in membership fees in the one (1) month prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access immediately if we believe you violated these Terms, failed payment, misused member resources, or created risk for the community or platform.

Upon termination, you must stop using member materials and lose access to the Gorilla Den/KPI portal.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will reflect changes. Continued use of the site or services after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
